Fees
A non-refundable retainer of $995 is required to schedule your mediation. This retainer covers the mediator’s research and preparation time. Mediation dates will only be provided once the retainer payment is received.

Remaining Payments
Once the retainer is confirmed, your mediation will be scheduled. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 calendar days before the scheduled mediation. If the balance is not received by that deadline, the mediation will be canceled. Mediations may be rescheduled up to two times without charge; a $99 rescheduling fee will apply thereafter.

Cancellations
To avoid cancellation fees, all cancellations must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled mediation date. Cancellations must be received via email to:

Cancellations received after the 7 calendar day window will incur a $250 cancellation fee.

Payment Options
Payment plans and financing are available for those who qualify.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders, and cashier’s checks. Personal or business checks are not accepted.
