Basic Mediation Training Our 40-Hour Basic Mediation Training course (which includes 2 hours of ethics) provides the requisite 40 hours of mediation training as specified by the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052. Our training includes lectures, group discussions, and role-plays. Upon completion of this course, the student will be qualified to perform mediations both through private practice as well as through court-mandated alternative dispute resolution programs. This course is offered both onsite and online. Prerequisite: None
